About
Meet Leslie
Leslie Bamburg most recently served as COO of a franchise company, building the structure and processes that helped a growing network of locations run smoothly. Before that, she led employee experience work at Cisco and AppDynamics, helping teams rethink how and where they work, including a fast move to remote work during a crisis.
Her career started in interior design. She ran her own design business for more than a decade and learned firsthand what happens when a growing company depends on one person to hold it all together.
Through every role, what drives Leslie is the same: creating great experiences for customers and the employees who serve them, then clearing away whatever gets in their way. Sometimes that’s a missing role or an unclear priority. Sometimes it’s a process nobody owns. She’s curious enough to find the real problem and practical enough to fix it.
Leslie lives in Fort Collins with her husband, her son and Max, a very fluffy cat.
